SIM University?

What is the difference between SIM and UniSim?SIM University?
SIM has not been given university status by the Ministry of Education. It does not grant its own degrees, but only award degrees in collaboration with overseas universities (eg. RMIT, UOL, etc). Most of its students are A-level and polytechnic graduates. It has both part-time and full-time courses.

UniSIM is a university which grants its own degrees (i.e. the degrees are not considered distance-learning). Most of its students are working adults (i.e. not fresh A level / poly grads). It only has part-time courses.
