My sim got electrocuted, but didnt die. However she's got black all over her face. How do I get rid of it?

My sim on Sims 2 University was fixing a computer and she got electrocuted. However she didn't die. But now she's got black all over her face. I think they're supposed to be burns, but they wont go away! I've played 6 days since then and they aren't fading or anything! Does anyone know how to get rid of them?My sim got electrocuted, but didnt die. However she's got black all over her face. How do I get rid of it?
Mine did that the other day...he was lighting fireworks,go to a mirror and "change appearance" go to full face make up choose one, then choose "none"(top left corner).

That should do the trick.
If a shower or a dip in the pool doesn't work, try some other things like changing outfits or hair/makeup.My sim got electrocuted, but didnt die. However she's got black all over her face. How do I get rid of it?
have a shower
First thing I would have tried would have been the swimming pool, but I haven't played Sims since before the last expansion came out before Sims 2 so I would just be guessing. My sim got electrocuted, but didnt die. However she's got black all over her face. How do I get rid of it?
Uh oh. Your game may have decided to save her that way. I had this happen when I had a LOT of extras added to my game. OR she may just need to get healthy again.
